Time outside is non-negotiable. Whether it’s a walk, a workout, or just a few quiet moments in the sun, being in nature helps you reset, recharge, and feel grounded. Natural light, fresh air, and movement outdoors are some of the best tools for physical and mental health.

It’s not just about food—what you watch, read, and scroll through shapes how you think and feel. Be intentional about limiting blue light at night, avoiding doomscrolling, and protecting your attention by curating what you take in.
