From growing up alongside my brother, who played professional tennis, to spending nearly 15 years competing in gymnastics and cheerleading, I experienced early on how powerful fitness can be—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
Fitness is about more than just weight or strength — it’s about creating a positive cycle of achievement and well-being, where the real power lies in setting goals and proving to yourself that you can achieve them. Committing to moving your body regularly unlocks a wave of benefits: better mood, more energy, clearer focus, and a stronger connection to yourself. Whether I’m lifting weights, running, cycling, paddleboarding, playing pickleball, or training for events like 10Ks and Hyrox, I love exploring all the ways to stay active and strong. For me, fitness isn’t just about workouts—it’s about creating a lifestyle that feels energizing and fulfilling every day.
In 2015, I completed my yoga certification in Oakville, and two years later, while living in Australia, I became a certified Personal Trainer. Since then, I’ve worked with numerous clients from all walks of life, and I’ve seen how powerful it is when people are supported, encouraged, and given the tools to succeed.
