Hi! I’m Mackenzie,

I’m so proud of you because just by being here I know you’re already thinking about making the change to a healthier, and happier lifestyle. I have always found being active to be an important part of my life, from growing up with my brother who played professional tennis, to spending almost 15 years of my life competing in gymnastics and cheerleading.

Although working out and challenging yourself can reap great physical results, I found the biggest positive change was in my mental health and general well-being. Since discovering the power that movement has in every channel of our lives, I have made it my mission to share this feeling and sense of personal accomplishment with others. I completed my yoga certification in 2015 in Oakville, followed by the completion of my Personal Training Certificate in Australia in 2017.

I want to help people find the joy in exercise and empower them to cultivate goals, push themselves and watch them achieve those goals—whatever they may be. My objective in my personal training is to create an environment that’s supportive and encouraging, where you always leave feeling better than when you walked in. I put great detail on form and technique, helping you to develop your overall strength and unlocking potential you might not even know you have.

The only complaint I have ever had from my clients is that they wished they had started sooner. Your goals are attainable and through working together nothing is out of reach, so when you’re ready, let’s take this step together to a better you.
